Rains pelted the hide of the fire and pale stallion, turning his vibrant colors to a dapened maroon and grey as his tendrals fell upon his features. His locks swept up in the water droplets around him as he stood upon top his mountain's peak. His pools looking over the land with superior pride as his nares breathed in the scents around him. This was home, and it would always be his home and if anyone tried to take that away from him there would be hell to pay.

The wind whipped past him sending his chestnut and pale locks flying into the air above his bodice dancing in the air with its partner water droplets. Tangling together as they fell once again upon his neck with a 'slap'. His lids closing over his pools as he kept his velvetine maw facing upwards towards the rolling heavens. Even in the gloomiest of days he stood upon the mountains peak until the thunder rolled above his features warning him that lightning was to strike upon its peak. He sighed with contentment as he began to trudge down the mountains path towards the woodlands that enveloped it a little below. All his land was upwards forest, rivers and beauty surrounding it in his own little world.

It was something like a mountain you would find in the human world as not really a mountain but a huge hill as persay. With its woods and caves and wildlife around it and on it. Though compared to the lands that surrounding Alarice it was like a mountain to all the equines and such that lived in the lands of Stowed Away and also the home to Drifter, the king of the 'hill' as he put it.

Star of the show; bister femme held a nobility about her, nape held high and cord strung out. Kissers twitched the slightest as they came in contact with the fertile grasses of the mountain. She had not the smallest clue that this land was inhabited by a patchwork stud, for she came in with the softest zephyr. Almost like the gods sent her.

Lazily raising her facade, she gave a soft sigh. As drops of aqua tainted her hide, she sought the shelter of a small cluster of pines. And that's where she caught his scent. Straightening up, the femura bounded quietly about, staring at the great brute on top of the mount.

Kissers melting into a sweet smile, she breathed deep and proceeded to saunter over. Perhaps to meet him. Her barrel vibrated into a sweet, staccato nicker. Perking her radars, she tilted her headdress and paused; hoping he'd notice her.

The patched steed took careful steps as he seemed to almost waddle down the steep path until he came upon the even grounds that were only slightly tilted. Thunder rolled over head as rain drops glistened in the lightneys threatening glare overhead. The flash of lightning excited from the sky as rain came down in what seemed like clumps as it soaked his fire and pale coat to a dull maroon and grey. He looked up overhead before he reached the trees of the mountain luckily it would cover him till he reached his cave.

Before he lowered his head back towards the front of his view a scent caught his nares. The scent wasn't familar and it was deffinately not his, his nares flared taking in the scent as his lip curled up in a funny gesture taking in the scent stronger. It was coming from below, his pools looked down in the darkness as a flash of lightning lit up the path ahead. His daggers sinking into the gravel and grasses underfoot.

The dark figure of a bay beauty stood in the path, her kissers in a perfect smile as she looked up towards the patched brute. He halted in her presence taking a glance of her before continuing down the incline towards her bay hide, ceasing his steps once he was atleast ten feet away from the femmine. Hello, he spoke soflty though with a loud booming voice as thunder above boomed with more intesity. His pools scanned the area wondering if she was alone or had brought a gathering though no other hides stood behind her and no other scents could be caught in his nares. What was this femmine doing atop his terrain in the pouring rain?

Naive bister occules lightened up at his voice, smile broadening.
"Oh Mister Drifter, hello. I was just admiring your wonderful view. Such a beautiful piece of land you have." Her voice was somehow lying, deceiving and defying. She was not only admiring the terra, but the leader himself. Perking radars, she inched closer, lashes batting flirtatiously.

Heightening her whiptassel, the femme paused, nape outstretched. "I have forgotten to address myself; pardon me. My name is Divine." Her smile gradually faded. The maiden stared at his eyes, gaze serious and questioning.

The patch work steed looked down upon the femmine, his chestnut firey coat gleamed in the flashes of lightning above. Oh Mister Drifter, hello. I was just aadmiring your wonderful view. Such a beautiful peice of land you have. Her voice echoed through the mountains its flirtatious tone drifting into the steeds keen auds as he nodding a hello to the beauty.

Thank you, do you wish to be dry? I am heading towards my cave as we speak and you are welcome to come my lady. He spoke as she took a few steps towards him her eye lashes batting in a flirtatious manner, some would find him lucky to have such a maiden urning for him though he found it quite amusing sometimes, some maybe couldn't help themselves with their flirting ways but others only urned for being head femmine of his terra which made him all the more catious with these ladys that came to his foot hold.
